Excellent for the Price
I’ve owned more expensive cookware sets, but this moderately priced set from KitchenAid ranks with the best of them. All of my previous cookware was stainless steel or low-end aluminum, so I was not sure what to expect in terms of durability. However, this set has exceeded my expectations. The pans are wonderful to cook with, the non-stick coating beats anything I’ve tried before, the lids fit tightly, and the insulated handles make oven mitts unnecessary. I love how light the pans are — even full they are easy to lift and pour from. One note of caution: The domed lids and upright lid handles mean these pans require a bit more storage space than other sets I’ve used.

Best Cookware we’ve had in years!!!!
Being a consumer reports junkie I noticed this cookware was not rated under the nonstick column so I relied on Amazon reviews and decided to purchase this set. My hats off to the people who have reviewed this item because the comments are very accurate and honest. I really love this Kitchen aid set for the following reasons:

1. It looks just amazing to have them shown, we have visitors complimenting the looks of the pans and then they see Kitchen Aid and say “wow”. It’s a good feeling.

2. The cooking is very fast and the burn is very even….amazing. I whipp up two eggs in under 3 minutes. The other day I cooked and omelette and upon flipping it over the cook diagragm was very evenly spaced and consistent. Again Amazing !!!

3. Most reviewers say it is easy to clean….that is so true!!! One quick clean with either a dish sponge or a simple rag will do the job.

3. The handles do not get warm even when warming up the pan. You can leave the pot warming and grab the handle with full confidence and you will not worry about the handle being warm.

4. The top glass is very stylish and durable. We accidentally dropped one and not a scratch.

5. The price with the special offer from Amazon brings this pot down to a very affordable price.

6. These pots are enough to cover your every day cooking needs. I believe they will also last at least over 5 years so I highly recommend them.

Again thanks to Amazon for just being Amazon, but people out there taking the time to input reviews, I want to thank you for the comments and reviews that lead me to believe there are good people still out there watching out for one another.

forget circulon or calphalon – these are great
I read lots of reviews on the other two major brands, and decided that circulon was out because of the rings on the bottom, and many of the lower end calphalons seemed to have peeling problems. I bought this set of kitchenaid pans, and both my wife and I absolutely love them. Easy to clean, cook very nicely, had them a year and no problems at all. Just remember, don’t use metal on them, and don’t put them in the diswasher.

The deep saucepan is awesome for lots of dishes. Very happy with this set.

Difficult to grip
I found the Norpro Grip-EZ tea infuser difficult to use. The black material covering the handles is not firmly attached. It rolls around the handles as you attempt to grip them making them hard to hold on to as you load and unload the mesh basket. I will not purchase this product again.

Nice Product
I purchased this because even with tea in a BAG, I hate having to hold it down with a spoon to prevent it from floating. I now put my tea bag inside the infuser and it is always underwater when brewing. The downside is that for some reason, even with the infuser, I can still get bits of tea “dust” and such in my cup, which I really thought this might eliminate. But I am not really a tea guru, just a fan of a daily cup. I drink tea from the Republic of Tea, whose tea bags contain no strings or staples and are completely round and flat.

I do put this in the dishwasher and have had no issues. I was unsure if it was dishwasher safe but it comes out clean and has no melting or warping issues. Easy to use.

Well made — works well.
This item is well made, and actually rather attractive. It looks better in real-life than in the picture. The handles are a nice silicon, and the spring loaded mechanism is rather clever.

I am not, however, convinced that the design is perfect. It’s a bit peculiar to load with tea while holding it open with the other hand.

Pretty, long, sturdy, fun–the right spoon for a tall glass
If you have tall glasses, this is a good long spoon for a good price.

It’s sturdier than I thought it would be. It’s also heavier, so if you have delicate tall glasses, you might want to take care that the spoon doesn’t make the glass tip over when it’s empty. My tall glasses have heavy bottoms and are fairly sturdy, so that’s not a problem for me.

At first glance, I thought this spoon was okay looking, interesting but not beautiful. But now that I’ve gotten used to it, I’ve come to realize how attractive it is. A tall glass of iced tea or coffee with this spoon in it looks like something that belongs in a fancy cookbook. My kids also think the twist is fun. Even my husband likes to play at twirling it in his fingers. Cute.

The spoon is somewhat flat, but not more so than other long spoons I’ve seen.

All in all, a very good buy for the money.

Works
Not a high quality item, but worth what you pay for it. I don’t personally like the twist, but that was all that was available in this spending range (just starting a home bar). That said, should do the job just fine.

Serviceable
This was a bit bigger than I thought it would be (aka longer), but that’s an asset if you’re using a Boston shaker tall mixing glass, or some obscenely tall glassware. It was heavier than I thought it would be, as well.

The make felt somewhat cheap when I used it, but that’s not to say it doesn’t hold up well. Besides, that’s to be expected with a bar spoon.

Nice for the price.
I bought this heater for around $200 on Amazon. Build quality is good but not excellent. It has all the features of units that cost twice as much. The packaging and instructions were very good. It works well in zero to light wind on our deck, but when the wind picks up forget about and go back inside. I have yet to burn an entire 20 lb. bottle of LPG, having used the heater several times, so it appears to be pretty easy on the wallet to operate. Make sure you anchor the unit to the deck or ground. Ours blew over and bent the “top-hat” in a “L” shape. It bent back pretty good but now has a crease in it. Not much else to say. Good luck.

Entertaining assembly process, decent heater
I’d recommend going into the assembly process in a good mood, so you can get a laugh out of the somewhat chaotic and sketchy assembly instructions. If you go in short tempered you’ll probably be miserable. I’m pretty sure the parts in the box didn’t match up with the list of parts I was supposed to have, which in turn didn’t match up with the parts referenced in the instruction steps. But the parts I had did all go together properly with nothing left over (expect the third foot mentioned below). It seemed like perhaps the engineering of the heater was an evolving process and the instructions hadn’t kept pace.

A couple of examples… The heater came with three little feet (presumably to make it more tip resistant) and a set of roller wheels. Neither was mentioned in the instructions. The holes where the roller wheels bolt on overlap where one of the three feet bolt on, so I guess you have to choose between three feet or two feet and wheels. I went with the wheels, which do make moving the heater fairly easy as long as you have the room to tilt it over. Also, the main instruction sheet just showed a single piece top reflector. But the reflector actually came in four pieces with its own separate assembly card.

Anyway, it wasn’t all that hard to figure out where the parts went and get the thing together.

I wheeled it outside, hooked up a propane bottle and it fired right up. Mine lights in just a few seconds (one of the other reviewers mentioned theirs takes 45 seconds or so). It doesn’t bake you with heat (which I suppose is good for the propane bill), but does provide a nice gentle warming to take the edge off on a cool night.

Great patio heater
This gas patio heater is fantastic. It was easy to assemble and works like a charm!
I live in western PA and this is great on cool nights. We use it to warm us up when getting out of the hot tub. It will be ideal for winter time use in this area.

The price was more than reasonable and it is much bigger than I expected. It is very sturdy ( you put sand in the base) and stands up to the wind. In the green color it fits in with the outside patio.
